About John
Built from the tools, the plant, the structures and the reality of site work.
John Wilson is a Mechanical Project Engineer with more than 30 years of experience across construction, demolition and high-risk industrial environments.
His background includes 25 years as a steeplejack delivering complex access and structural works, followed by project engineering, client-side governance, demolition planning, RAMS review and contractor assurance.
John is also the founder and developer of SiteAudit360 — a digital auditing platform designed specifically for real-world site operations, helping teams improve inspections, action tracking, close-out accountability and RAMS understanding.
Outside of work, John is a husband and proud father of five, with a strong focus on family, mentoring and developing the next generation through over seven years of grassroots football coaching and community involvement.
